        Fu Chun Shin (Ningbo) is a joint venture established in 12 December by Taiwan FCS and China C.S.I Group, focus on the production of precision injection molding machine. At present, the total investment is 5.5 million USD(2005), registered capital is 4.0 million USD, Taiwan FCS holds 90.6%. Ningbo FCS has an area of 34,000 square meters, which finished in August 2004. There are 150 employees at present. The clamping force of injection machine is from 100 ton to 1420 ton, and the planning annual output is 1000 sets.

In 2004, FCS Group operated a decided change in organization. Taiwan, Dongguan and Ningbo FCS formed several centers for manufactures and sales .FCS already made a specialization distribution, meantime, Ningbo FCS becomes to the centers in parts processing and modules supplies after importing some precision equipment from Taiwan, and plays a key role in FCS��s global plans. As to the products, Ningbo FCS complies with the demands of market and imports related technology to develop two-component IMM exclusively for pens, high precision IMM for lens, two modes Hi-speed IMM, thermosetting IMM, PET perform IMM. At the same time, Ningbo FCS plans to produce super large tonnage IMM with the clamping force is more than 2500 tons.

After three years efforts, FCS��s two-component IMM has gained a high brand reputation in the aera of Wenzhou and Ningbo, and the achievements is cheerful present. Due to the expanding market in two-component molding, more and more customers are applying 2K technology, and some mainland companies have joint in the research in two-component IMM.
