The demand of cellular phone keeps growing fast in these years. Actually, the demand in 2004 is 670 million phone needed in the world. And according to the IC Insights forecast, the demand will keep growing in 5% at least for the next 2 years. In addition, there might be a great need come in 2008 due to the replace need of the cellular phone. This will make the shipment quantity of cellular phone from 670 million in 2004 to 1,000 million in 2008.
During producing cellular phone, there are lots of components needed.
