2005 CHINA PLAS will be held at the end of June in Guangzhou. 1.Two Components Injection Molding Machine�GFB-140R

FB-140R employs the single-cylinder injection structure and assures stability of the machine. It assembles patented locking systems to assure the rotary table turning to accurate position. This series are suitable for producing all kinds of two components goods and its maximum clamping force can reach 1000 tons. FB-series can be equipped with German Bosch closed loop serve valve (optional). It has high response and high repeatability. FB series are suitable for mobile-phone parts, tool handles, pens, auto lamp cover, etc.

2.High-speed close-loop Hybrid injection molding machine�GAE Series

AE series, High-speed close-loop Hybrid injection molding machine combines both hydraulic and electric structures. On the one hand, the electric structure enables the machine to process with great precision and energy saving. On the other hand, the hydraulic structure keeps specific feature of high holding pressure. That is, not only with the cost less than electric injection molding machine, AE-series hybrid injection molding machine but also can effectively improve the defect of energy consuming and poor precision in traditional hydraulic system. In addition, AE series also significantly reduce the pollution and noise problems. AE-series is one kind of competitive machines of FCS. AE-series applies MOOG close-loop high response servo-valve, accumulator and advanced ESD-Electric Screw Drive structure. It provides more precision and reduces 30% energy consumption. The maximum injection speed can be 500�P/sec. It is suitable for precision electric parts and ultra thin-wall products.

3. New Generation Double Modes Injection Molding Machine: HT-Series.

There are two modes to be selected according to different product. The first mode is for ordinary situation such as PP and ABS products. The second is for the products need high pressure such as PC, PMMA, LCP and other products requiring high holding pressure. This patented feature allows the same machine to produce products need high injection speed or high injection pressure. In addition, there is no need to replace any parts to get the function. All the users need to do is to set up the mode they need through FCS-2100 controller. Furthermore, by featured regeneration loop, the HT series need less energy than traditional machines to reach the same or even higher speed and pressure.
