Its grow speed is almost 2 times to the GDPs grow speed. In 2003, there were 3.2 million cars build. It made China the top fourth car producing country. And in 2004, the car producers produced 3.9 million cars in China. The growth rate was 22.4%. In expectation, the auto industry will keep growing by 10%-15% in the next 5 years. There will be 7 million cars built in China in 2010.
Seeing that growth trend, Fu Chun Shin put into developing the specific producing system for the auto industry. And the research achievement was admired. Just a few days ago, there was a FB-1000R, one of the largest two-components injection molding machines of Taiwan, shipped to China to produce two color car light.
In light of the stiff competition in the plastics products industry recently, local plastics products manufacturers have taken to producing high value-added double colored plastics products. Previously, local manufacturers usually import foreign machines to produce such products. However, these machines come with high import duties, and it is inconvenient to obtain maintenance services for them.
