The HT-I Series, Toggle Clamping Injection Machine proposed by Fu Chun Shin (FCS) in 2004 were appreciated by customers. FCS received a lot of orders in a short time, which were almost 250 sets of machines. It meant that the ideas designed in the HT-I Series were truly satisfied the need of customers.
According to Mr. Tsao, the vice president and spokesman of FCS, after a long term market researching, the R&D department collected lots of ideas from customers and designed the HT-I series to satisfy the customers need. The machines were designed based on two major concepts, Could be used in kinds products and Saving Cost. According to Mr. Tsaos words, the HT-I series provides clamping force from 100 tons to 140 tons. In addition, the machines were featured with larger space to accept lager mold .
Mr. Tsao said, the R&D team featured two modes for the HT-I series, the standard mode and the high pressure mode. In the standard mode, the machine will save more energy and raise the injection speed. It is suitable for producing products using PP or ABS as material. In the high pressure mode, the machine will raise the injection pressure. It is suitable for producing products which need higher pressure such as products using PC, PMMA and LCP. With two modes in one machine, HT-I series could produce products in different situations. And the most important is that the function is standard and the customers dont need to change any parts to get the function. All they have to do is to adjust the FCS-2100 controller. In addition, the HT-I series adopted regeneration loop to save energy consumption. Due to the regeneration loop, HT-I series could use smaller motor and achieve same injection speed as the old design. It will not only decrease the cost the machine but also save energy.
