The industry of TFT LCD board in domestic market is developing continuously ,so the need of back light plate that is the key spare part of LCD��s back light module are eagerly demanded, which attracts  Fu Chun Shin and other companies to research and develop injection machine for BACK LIGHT PLATE, formulating the new upsurge in the industry, especially for FCS with wild ambitions, which will show  the special injection machine which could produce17-19 back light plate to the public, and is ready to produce back light plate all by themselves, making a massive invasion into industry of back light module.

Qiu Jiamiao�Xthe vice chairman of FCS says, after developing the high-speed injection machine for BACK LIGHT PLATE producing with clamping force 800 tons, together with their own the technique of making optical mould, they have produced 17 inches back light plate, which is now having machine testing. When it is ripe in the future, they will improve the mould to produce larger (19 inches) back light plate, to meet the highest level for technology application.

The special injection machine can be sold according to the market needs, besides, the company planed to produce 50 units, for the using of producing big-sized back light plate. As the Back light plate is worth USD�C6 per piece, and the productivity is 500 thousand pieces per month, in the future, it will bring in the turnover of USD�C3 million for FCS.
