K2004 will be held on Oct. 20th and last for 8 days in Düsseldorf Trade Fair Centre. K show is held every 3 years. Its one of the most important rubber and plastic shows. According to the statistics, there are more than 2,800 companies from 53 countries joined the show in 2001. Through expectation, the total square measure spread 160000 square meters and there will be more than 2,800 companies from 55 countries joined the show. The visitors could be more than 270,000 from more than 100 countries.
Fu Chun Shin (FCS) will display FCS CAP 16/28 high speed cap production system in K2004. The system comprises an FCS AD-150 injection moulding machine cycling at 4.5 seconds with a 16 cavities mould and a Fu Hsian Industrial FS-CB250 bottle cutting machine.
Fast cycle time is attained partly because material is plasticised during mould open/close and ejection. The design of the machine yield stable running and precise production and output is more than 21% greater than with previous models. Caps are 28/30 mm and have anti-tamper rings which are not moulded in but cut out on the bottle cap machine. The rings do not free spin or drop off, creating environmental problems. Moulds are said to be more rigid than tools which directly produce anti-tamper rings so are more suited to high speed production.
The caps are suitable for narrow necked bottles for mineral water, juices and carbonated drinks in 350,500, 1250, 1500 and 2000 ml capacities.
