FCS (Fu Chun Shin) was awarded of the Taiwan Symbol of Excellence Again. The winner of this award in 2004 of FCS was AE-100 high speed/close loop hybrid injection molding machine. Its the fourth time FCS won the honor since 1998, 1999 and 2002. FCS plays a decisive role in Taiwans injection molding machine market. Since the company was built in 1974, FCS recognized that research and development are the roots of companys growth. For that reason, FCS put a lot of resource to study the products every year to promote the products function and quality.
The AE-100 is designed upon finite element analysis to ensure the machines stress. AE-100 also applies FCS-2100controll system featured color LCD monitor. The control system could connect by network and enable central managing and online monitoring. The AE series combine hydraulic and electric structure. Besides, the cost of hybrid machine is much lower than the cost of all-electric machine. The AE-100 adopts AC servo motor to feed material, MOOG close loop valve and accumulator. The toggle structure adopts high rigid structure and auto electric lubrication system. The highest injection speed could be 600 mm/sec. AE-100 is suitable for producing precise electric parts and ultra thin wall products.
