The product innovation competition has declared the winners on Mar. 19. Fu Chun Shin (FCS) set up a new record for winning two prizes in one competition. The Online Monitoring System was awarded the best prize and the High Speed Cap Producing System was awarded the excellent prize. It shows that FCS takes the lead in product development and put into a lot resource to develop product.
The first prize winner, Online Monitoring System, was a accomplishment from the cooperation of FCS and PMC (Precision Machinery Research & Development Center). The purpose of the system is to help the users to build a automatically producing factory and also reduce the invest of users. The system is featured with online monitoring, exception warning, online SPC (Statistic Process Control), smart distance diagnosis and online consulting. The system is ready to provide to customers.
The other prizewinner is High Speed Cap Production System. The system includes triple loop injection molding machine, AD-150, and cap cutting system. The triple loop design enable the injection machine could do mold opening, product ejecting and material feeding at same time. The cycle time could be shortened to 4.8 seconds for 16 cavities in one time and the monthly output could be 9 million caps. In addition, the system benefit higher than traditional design. Its the most attracting products among the exhibition.
