       In two components injection molding machine, FCS has the most advanced techniques and plentiful experience since FCS is the first company put into developing two components injection machine.  To satisfied customers�� need, FCS could provide machines with different clamping force from 140tons��1000tons.  FCS will provide the FB-260R, High Speed/ Close Loop Two Component Injection Molding Machine, to demonstrate in Chinaplas 2003 in Beijing.  FB-260R is equipped with Bosch close-loop high-respond servo vale, high performance accumulator made in Germany. These two units make Fb-260R could have high respond and high speed injection. Its injection speed could reach 350mm/sec.  In addition, FB-260R also adopts clamping apparatus to confirm the rotation position accurately. Due to these technologies, FB-260R has the characteristics of high-speed injection, power saving, high efficiency and it also lasting using life of mold.

The machine is the only one of two component injection machines equipped with clamping apparatus. FCS will exhibit speaker cone made of two components during CHINAPLAS 2003. The thickness of the product is only 0.2mm. After collocating with robot system and chiller, the cycle time will be under 15 seconds. It will promote the production efficiency and product quality. Also it will save the investment of customers.
