FCS currently owns 23 factories which makes up to four assembly lines, and three processing lines.

Assembly Lines

| Line 1: | Manufactures small machines with shot weight of 20 ounces, and 260 tons or lower mold clamping force. Machines are manufactured on a track-type production line with 12 factories. Each factory adheres to its respective standard operating procedures. |
| Line 2: | Manufactures medium and large machines with shot weight of 30 ounces or more, and mold clamping force of 320 to 1680 tons. |
| Line 3: | Manufactures extra large tonnage machines of 2000 tons and above |
| Line 4: | Manufactures custom made machines to meet clients' special needs. Provides fabricating and mold testing services. |

Processing Lines

| Line 1: |
Flexible production system which comprises of three flexible processing centers. The automated system operates 24 hours a day everyday of the year. It specializes in processing of small to medium precision parts. Highly efficient and precise. |
Line 2: |
Houses various kinds of CNC machines. Specialize in the processing of medium sized injected products. Utilizes online CAD/CAM system to ensure high precision of products. |
Line 3: |
FCS is one of the few industry players that has the capability to do in-house processing of large injection molded parts. We own an array of large processing equipment, and specialize in the processing of products that require mold clamping force of 1000 tons and above. |
