Fu Chun Shin has achieved the ISO-9001 Certification, and its products have won the CE MARK certification as well as 3 "It’s very well made in Taiwan" and "Excellent R&D and Innovative Products Award" in 2001 Taipei International Rubber and Plastic Exhibition. There are many different types and models of Fu Chun Shin injection molding machines. How do I select? In order to meet the diversified needs of customers, Fu Chun Shin has developed many series of injection molding machine. In total there are 11 product series, providing different performance and characteristics. The properties of various series are: The suitable products and industries for each series are: HT Series A newly developed high-tech intelligence model, suitable for high end precision products. FT Series This is a best selling Series, suitable for mid/ high end general products. AE / AF Series A high speed close loop model, suitable for precision electronic product, ultra-thin product and ultra-high speed injection molding. AD Series This series is in multi-loop design, suitable for large dimensions house hardware high speed molding, such as lounge chair, bumper, paint bucket, large bucket products. HB Series This series is high speed close loop two-component models, used for single, double color, homo/ heterogeneous and multi-layer injection molding machine. Presently this series are mainly for ultra-thin CD case production. HE Series This is all-electrical series, suitable for high cleanness precision molding for pharmacy and foods. FB-R Series This series is rotary table type two-component models, suitable for medium and large size two-component clear cut product and heterorganic materials. FB-T Series This series are of rotary axis type two-component model, suitable for medium / small size two-component, clear-cut products and heterogeneous material products. FB-C Series This series is sandwich mix color two-component model, capable for producing mix-color, print and sandwich products. FT-U Series This series is thermosetting model, suitable for heat-resisting, insulating, fire-proof thermosetting products. FT-P Series This series is special PET preform model, suitable for all kinds of PET perform injection molding, such as water bottle, oil bottle, cosmetic bottle, medicine vial, wine bottle, wide neck bottle, etc. In addition to building injection molding machines, we also developed Gas Assisted Injection Molding units (GU Series)and PET perform molds to offer you with diversified choices. What is the purpose of your development of the "hybrid" injection molding machine? Is there any similar design in other countries? Our AE/AF Series is a high speed close loop hybrid injection molding machine. The main features is adopting AC Servo motor feeding for reducing energy consumption, increase feeding accuracy and forming a two loop system. Concurrent compound motion is applied to shorten molding cycle. In other words, hybrid injection molding machines improves upon conventional hydraulic, energy dependent and low precision injection machines at cost less than all-electric injection molding machines. It also greatly reduces pollution and noise. In fact, statistically, 45% of European, American and Japanese makers are presenting hybrid machines, such as HUSKY of Canada, ARBURG, DEMAG, KRAUSS-MAFFEI of Germany, SANDRETTO of Italy, even JSW, SODICK, TOSHIBA and MEIKI of Japan are offering hybrid machines. Does Fu Chun Shin manufacture injection molding machines with clamping force over 2000 tons? The clamping force of Fu Chun Shin units are built to the requirements of customers. Presently, the highest is 3000 tons. However, upon demand by customers, we can build higher tonnage units.
